My team is part of the Customer Service fleet tasked with keeping our customer informed about their order, returns and payments. While also providing the rest of bol.com with a platform to send out notifications to customers and partners.

The infrastructure included of tooling to scale the creation of new emails, archiving of all communication and enrichment of events inflight. All build upon a microservice architecture with several large postgres databases with spring boot and java 8 or higher.

Part of my time was also spent on taking on the role as scrum master for the team.
